Bella Astillah's career began as a kid when she and her younger sister Didi Astillah recorded a children's album and sang various of children's songs. Through this children's album, Bella and her sister became known as the "Anak-anak Mutiara". In 2019, she acted alongside Nafiz Muaz in the drama adaptation of the novel "Cinta Belum Tamat Tempoh"
